Each Strategy Day is carefully structured around you and your business, to help you get the maximum results out of your time with us.

You’ll walk away with a clear understanding of your customer profiles, what approach will shift the needle and the best way to implement this over the next 12 months. Your full report will then arrive in your inbox a few days later.

Before Your Session

There is no magic bullet when it comes to growing your business – it requires commitment and focus on the best possible outcome from your marketing campaign. However, we totally understand that many entrepreneurs and business owners simply don’t know where to start.

That’s why we ask you to complete some homework questions before your session. These are designed to focus the mind and get you asking the right questions.

It also gives our team an insight into your current situation and the challenges you’re experiencing. We can then hit the ground running and ensure your Strategy Day is as valuable as possible.

On The Day

We have purpose-build facilities here at Fastnet House, with everything you need to make your day both enjoyable and productive.

Meet us at our state-of-the-art studios at 10am, where you’ll be served fresh coffee and a light breakfast (nobody is productive on an empty stomach). We get stuck straight in, following a tried-and-tested agenda that keeps us moving forward, while still allowing the time to dive deep into any important areas.

We have a short break for a tasty lunch at 1pm, where you can sit down with our team at our dining table, or take time to reflect with a stroll through the fields outside.  Then we’re straight back to it, finishing up at around 3pm.

What do we cover?

First we focus on the big picture. Why are you running your business? What are you looking to achieve for you customers? What are you looking to achieve for yourself? We have a set of 10 BIG questions, that we use to form the underlying foundations of your strategy.

Then we dive into the journey. How do we go from your current position to the outcome you’re looking for? How long is this going to take and what do you anticipate the stumbling blocks will be along the way?

Finally, we delve into the plan. What steps will you take on your journey? What needs to happen yearly, monthly, weekly and daily in order to get you there? This will make up the basis of your marketing strategy, and will form your marketing ‘to do’ list.

Next Steps

After you’ve completed your Strategy Session, our team will put together a bespoke Marketing Strategy Report. This will cover all of the outcomes from the day, with a clear plan of action to move forward with your marketing.

Many of our clients do a Strategy Session as part of a wider marketing project or ongoing service. In this case, the report would also be circulated to our in-house team and will form the basis of the service we deliver.

If you’re looking for a one-off session, or are making a decision about a longer-term commitment with Fastnet, your report will only seen by our Strategy team.

In both instances, the report we provide is comprehensive, detailed and actionable.
