Everything you need to know about working with Fastnet

Can my marketing plan be tailored to my budget?

We always encourage our clients to be open and honest about their budget requirements.  Once we know what the parameters are, then we can advise you about the best possible use of that budget to deliver a return on your investment.

Our first priority is to ensure that what we are delivering will work for your business.  Unless we can help your business to grow by delivering more leads and generating more customers, then it’s not worth your initial investment. This requires a minimum baseline amount of work, and unless that work is completed then the process won’t work effectively.

The packages above are based on our ‘Make It So’ model – Fastnet fulfils all of the actions required to deliver your marketing campaign. But if your budget won’t stretch to this then we can look at what tasks you or your team can do in-house in order to reduce costs.  We can then train you to fulfil each task, so that you understand why it’s important, where it fits into the bigger picture and exactly how to execute your tasks for maximum return on investment.  We call this our ‘Side by Side’ approach.

However, rather than Fastnet having full responsibility for your marketing return, the responsibility is split between us and you.  For this reason, you must take the role you play seriously and complete all of the tasks you’ve agreed to, so that we in turn can fulfil our duties and make your marketing a success.

How will I know if my marketing is working for me?

Accountability is one of our core values, and forms the foundation of our service.

Firstly, we are accountable for the results we deliver. We keep you informed about the results of your marketing by providing comprehensive reports, covering everything from social media engagement and website visits to the number of prospects who have called your business over the last month.

We track this against your business goals, and constantly review and refine this to keep things on track.

Secondly, we monitor our internal activity to ensure it’s consistently of a high standard. Client emails are tracked and logged in a central CRM, so that any member of our team can dive into what is happening with your marketing campaign, so you’ll get a consistent service should your Account Manager be temporarily unavailable.

Every team member logs the time they’ve spend on your account each day, with comprehensive notes for future reference. These logs are emailed to you, along with your invoice, at the end of every month.

These systems allow us to have 360 degree visibility of your account and our delivery, ensuring that we always offer an excellent level of customer service by putting you at the heart of our business.

What level of service and support can I expect?

We understand that it can be daunting outsourcing your marketing support. Our process is designed to give you complete confidence that your marketing is in safe hands.

When you work with the Fastnet team, you’ll have a dedicated Account Manager, who will keep you updated with regular calls, emails and face-to-face meetings.

Our Managing Director, Sarah, keeps a close eye on all of our Inbound Marketing Accounts. She assists with your strategic direction, and is always on-hand to offer support.

Your individual marketing tasks will be allocated to a team member that specialises in that particular activity, whether that’s design, content, digital marketing or development.

They will report back to your Account Manager on a regular basis, who will review their work to ensure it dovetails effectively into your overall marketing strategy.

Internally, we use a robust CRM that tracks all your scheduled activity, all of which is overseen by our Operations Director.  This allows us to provide a comprehensive breakdown of what actions have been completed by our team every month, giving complete transparency into our service.
